2020 turned out to be very difficult and unpredictable time for everyone. Therefore, as a part of our CSR activities, we focused on supporting our business committee. Already in March 2020, we prepared and then conducted on-line, charity workshops for managers and employees of the companies we have been cooperating with.

The main aim of these workshops was to help with adaptation to the new reality, coping with stress and fears caused by unknown and new circumstances. We made all possible efforts to supply workshop participants with the strength and tools to function effectively and to cope with changes and difficulties caused by the pandemic.

During these workshops we also focused on new challenges for managers and employees caused by remote work. The trainings included instructions to help participants with better communication, cooperation and management.

Furthermore, we also took care of annual financial support for the Orphanage.
