Outplacement

PSI Polska offers an Outplacement service to Managers of different levels in order to support them in the search for a new professional path. The aim of the Outplacement process is to prepare a person to change the professional environment and to search for new possibilities to develop, as well as new employment opportunities. The first step of the process is to identify the strengths and areas that need to be developed during the process. The following steps, previously accepted by the Client, are adjusted to the individual needs of the person involved in the process.
