360˚ Feedback is a means of evaluating employees – mostly managers - based on the analysis of information gathered from a number of perspectives (i.e. the supervisor, peers, subordinates, other collaborators such as Clients, and the employee’s own perspective).

360˚ Feedback is a means of evaluating employees – mostly managers – based on the analysis of information gathered from a number of perspectives (i.e. the supervisor, peers, subordinates, other collaborators such as Clients, and the employee’s own perspective).

The process of evaluation begins with the selection of a group of persons to be evaluated and the definition of the competencies to be assessed during the evaluation, followed by the selection of the evaluators. In each process, we design evaluation questionnaires tailored to the Clients’ needs and modify our internet platform to implement these questionnaires. The next step includes inviting the participants to complete the questionnaires and monitoring the progress. Once all the data has been collected, we produce reports and then focus on the most relevant part of the whole process: providing accurate and reliable feedback on how a given individual’s performance is perceived, highlighting their strengths and indicating development paths.

The survey allows companies to get to know about the level of motivation and commitment of employees. Employees’ opinions about the company and their work engagement level are key indicators for every organization – it is a valuable source of information that allows an efficient planning of the company’s further development.

Both the 360˚ evaluation and the survey are conducted online. Each Participant receives an individual, automatically generated link enabling access to the study.

The stages of a survey research project may be as follows:

  1. Establishing the studied areas and the questions used in the survey
  2. Establishing the communication process with Participants and organizational details
  3. Establishing a list of people included in the study
  4. Conducting the study and collecting data online
  5. Preparing the reports presenting the results: collective and cross-sectional
  6. Providing results and feedback to Customer Representatives
